AI and kids policy
Draft: this text has not yet been reviewed.
Made with AI, and said so
Every episode is marked as AI-made in its information and says so in a short spoken credit. We do not clone real people's voices.
What stories for children never contain
Politics, religion (except a holiday a grown-up asks for, told as a family celebration), crude words, bullying played for laughs, jokes about bodies, diets, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, gambling, weapons as cool objects, frightening or violent scenes, romance, brands and real public figures. A brief asking for these is refused. A script that slips through is rewritten once, then refused.
Parents decide
- A child hears only what a grown-up allowed.
- Kids do not type prompts, talk to an AI or see what an AI wrote.
- Nothing made by or for a child leaves their private space without a grown-up's action.
- A kid profile has no ads, no tracking, no comments, no messages and no public profile.
- Kids who can search reach only a catalogue we reviewed, and adults can report a show with "Not for kids".
Photos and voice
A parent may upload a photo so a character looks like their child. It is read once to describe the looks, then deleted; only the description and the drawn avatar stay. Voice search on a kid profile stays off until a parent turns it on, and recordings are never stored.
Sources
Talk shows and briefings use only the sources you give them, and name them. They can still make mistakes: check anything important.
