The service

Soundko is a podcast player and a studio that makes podcasts with AI. An adult creates the account and is responsible for it and for the profiles in it, including kid profiles.

Your account

You must be an adult to create an account. Keep your sign-in access and your PINs to yourself. A kid profile is set up by the adult who holds the account, who gives consent for that child.

What you create

What you give us and what you make stays yours. You give us the rights we need to make, store and play it for you. Only give us what you have the right to use, and only forward emails or upload documents and photos you may share. Do not use the service to imitate a real person's voice or to make unlawful, hateful or harmful content.

AI-made content

Episodes are made with AI and can contain mistakes. Every episode says it was made with AI. Check anything important before relying on it.

Other people's podcasts

The player reads public podcast feeds. Those podcasts belong to their publishers, and we are not responsible for what they say.

Limits and changes

We can limit or suspend an account that breaks these terms. We can change the service and these terms, and we tell you about any important change first.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.
